SAMSON AMORE is a reporter and writer for hire based in Southern California.
He was born in Providence, R.I. and earned his Bachelor of Science in journalism from Emerson College in spring 2018.
Currently Samson is a 2023 data fellow at the University of Southern California’s Center for Health Journalism, working on a series investigating the public health impact of anti-transgender hate crimes. He’s also presently publishing a column in The Advocate Magazine investigating LGBTQ+ cold cases.
When he's not on deadline, Samson can be usually be found exploring National Parks, on the green, gaming or entertaining his two rescue cats, Merry and Pippin.
